Quack Runners revolutionizes how race photos are organized and distributed. Instead of manually sorting through thousands of photos, our AI automatically detects bib numbers in photos and matches them to registered participants. Participants can then easily find and download all their race photos by simply entering their bib number.
For Event Organizers
Quick Start Guide for Organizers
Sign in to your account
Sign in using your email (passwordless) or Google account. You'll receive a 6-digit code via email to verify your identity. Your email must be associated with an organization or event.

Organizations are containers for your events. You might create one for your race company or running club. You'll automatically become the Admin.
Learn about organizationsInvite your team
Add photographers and organizers to your organization. Assign roles based on what they need to do (e.g., photographers can upload photos but can't manage events).

Set up an event for each race. Enter the event name, date, and location. You can create multiple events per organization.
Learn about eventsImport participants
Upload your participant list as a CSV file with bib numbers, names, and email addresses. Participants will automatically gain access to their photos.

For Race Participants
How to Find Your Race Photos
Sign in
Use the same email address you registered with for the race. You'll receive a 6-digit verification code via email. If your email is not recognized, contact the race organizer.
View your albums
Once logged in, you'll see all events where you have photos. Each "album" represents an event you participated in.
Browse and download
Click on an event to see all photos where your bib number was detected. Download individual photos or select multiple for a bulk ZIP download.
